Former NFL agent turned serial entrepreneur and investor, Reed Duchscher, has quickly become a leader in the rapidly growing influencer marketing space . Reed is best known for his past work with Dude Perfect and his current role as business manager to YouTube stars MrBeast, Preston, and Typical Gamer. Reed’s brainchild, Night Media, is now the fastest growing digital talent firm of its kind. Night Media consistently looks for innovative ways to influence and create opportunities for its clients.
Ezra Cooperstein is a pioneer in the creator space. As the former President of Fullscreen, he led the company from its earliest days through its acquisition by Otter Media, a subsidiary of AT&T/Warner Media. While at Fullscreen, he led the acquisition of Rooster Teeth and eventually became President of the company. Ezra was also the founding-CEO of Maker Studios, which was acquired by Disney. Ezra also held roles at Initiative an IPG Agency, Current TV, served on the Ad Council board, and holds numerous advisory roles with start-ups.
Michael Gordon is Night Media’s VP of Talent Management, spearheading our Los Angeles Headquarters. Before joining Night Media, Michael was the Director of Talent at Fullscreen Media for 7 years specializing in: talent acquisition, talent management, multi-channel monetization, brand sales and original content. Michael has previously worked with FaZe Clan, WorldStarHipHop, Tfue, Dallmyd and brands such as AT&T, Warner Media, and U.S. Navy to name a few. Michael was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
Ryan Quinn is Night Media’s VP of Consumer Products. Before joining Night Media, Ryan was the VP of Consumer Products for Rooster Teeth Productions, where he focused on building authentic brands that were an extension to content and IP, sold through pop up brick and mortar as well as establishing and rebranding the online presence. Prior to Rooster Teeth, Ryan joined Stance Socks in its start up phase as the first employee on the product team. He worked alongside the team to build Stance Socks for over five years through product strategy, partnerships, and global distribution. Prior to Stance he worked at Vans shoes and Reef sandals as a category director, helping set direction for product and marketing.
