Reed is best known for his past work with Dude Perfect and his current role as business manager to YouTube stars MrBeast, Preston, and Typical Gamer. Michael Gordon is Night Media’s VP of Talent Management, spearheading our Los Angeles Headquarters. Before joining Night Media, Michael was the Director of Talent at Fullscreen Media for 7 years specializing in: talent acquisition, talent management, multi-channel monetization, brand sales and original content. Michael has previously worked with FaZe Clan, WorldStarHipHop, Tfue, Dallmyd and brands such as AT&T, Warner Media, and U.S. Navy to name a few. Michael was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
Nick Brotman is a Senior Talent Manager at Night Media. Nick joined the industry through managing micro influencers that specialized in video game live streaming, and parlayed that experience into a career in esports. He served as a player manager and helped create the digital media strategy for an esports team based out of San Francisco. After joining Night Media he furthered his credentials by working under Night Media’s President, Reed Duchscher, on MrBeast’s, Preston’s and Typical Gamer’s management teams before signing his first client, Mini Ladd. In addition to Mini Ladd, Nick now runs point on Matt Stonie, Unspeakable and Neekolul. Nick is a graduate of Rowan University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in new media as well as General Assembly’s Immersive Digital Marketing program.
Andrew Garza is Night Media's Operations head. Before joining Night Media, Andrew worked at the Esports Stadium in Arlington specializing in event production, video editing and social media. During his work in esports, Andrew had the opportunity to work with brands such as the Houston Texans, eMLS, and Madden to name a few. In 2015, Andrew began as a freelancer for the American Video Game League. He helped develop programming, organize, and produce collegiate events on campuses and at Dreamhack events across North America. Andrew graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Electronic Media Communication.
